Vintage abstract painting, signed, circa 70's/80's

Fantastic vintage oil painting of contemporary/abstract composition on canvas panel from the 1970s/1980s. The painting features a multi-colored composition with rich, warm blue hues and a technique that is something of a nod to joan miró or jean rets. The frame is made of wood, brushed metal color. It is signed cp no hook is present on the back. The piece is in very good original condition, with very slight signs and areas of age and previous use commensurate with time, as well as a patina of time, both on the left and right sides of the painting, and on the frame to the left. And right corner, but nothing that detracts from the cool look of this scene (see photos.) please note: all photos were taken in natural light, so colors may vary slightly depending on the light and angles under which the room is seen.
