I am selling this oval presentation dish made of earthenware from the Saint-Amand factory, Lou Basquez collection. An elegant piece that will add a refined touch to your table. Manufacturing period: this specific stamp was used between 1892 and 1923. This dating can be refined to the period 1892 - 1910, as in 1910, the factory changed direction to take the name faïencerie Laborde & Bouchard. The inscriptions in a semi-circle clearly indicate: ceramiste/grands_ets_ceramiques_st_amand_lebacqz_laborde_et_bouchard. At the top: "S[ocié]té des Grands Établissements Céramiques". In the centre, within the crowned shield: "St Amand". At the bottom: "Made in France" ceramiste/grands_ets_ceramiques_st_amand_lebacqz_laborde_et_bouchard/. The model name stamped at the very bottom is "LOUBASGUEZ". This is the name of the geometric service printed on the front of the dish.
