Pierre Vandel coffee table, 1970

Coffee table designed by Maison Pierre Vandel Paris. A 1970s edition from the Villa d’Este collection. The table is made of steel with a green patina, and brass and glass tabletops. The first tabletop is beveled glass. The second glass tabletop is set on a lower stretcher. The legs and ends of the structure are brass, decorated with chiseled leaves. The table is in very good condition for its age; elegant, chic, and a vintage design. No oxidation. There may be a few very minor scratches on the tabletop, but these are minimal considering its age and the similarity to some similar tables on the market. No chips in the glass.
