Late 19th century painting painted in oil on canvas in its original matte gold frame dated and signed jacques binet 1895 depicting a dark moonlight on the lagoon. The reflection of a city at night at the water's edge in a bright and fascinating dim light. Good condition to note small bursts in the gilded frame on the left.
