Mid-Century heart-shaped armchair in Amuleto green velvet, Europe, 1960s

Armchair type A5828 nicknamed heart in incredible Zebra fabric. Furniture designed by Helena and Jerzy Kurmanowicz produced in the Radomsko joinery factory. Constructed from stained beech wood with brown water-based dye. Protected by a satin acrylic varnish. Jacquard velvet fabric with geometric patterns inspired by jewellery, composed of 53% viscose, 35% cotton, and 12% polyester. Tested FR - UK BS5852 CIGAR. Fully renovated and reupholstered. Origin Poland, 20th century, manufactured between 1950-1960.
