Cast iron and metal wall coat rack with hooks - late 19th century cast iron and metal wall coat rack with hooks - late 19th century / early 20th century the hooks are made of metal on a cast iron base worked with floral motifs. Two large coat hooks, two ball hooks (originally for hats) and a cane hook that can now be used for umbrellas. I have 2 in my possession. The price indicated is a unit price. Very good general condition. Were quite oxidized and have been cleaned on the visible parts with steel wool superficially in order to leave them with an old patina in a non-uniform way. Original screws. Traces of rust on the back, invisible when the coat rack is fixed. These are indeed period pieces, and not later reproductions. Will be sold without screws, because the screws will have to be adapted to the wall support on which it will be fixed. Ideal and very decorative in an entrance, a bedroom or a bathroom.
