Virebent porcelain vase, "panda pm" shape, designed by yves mohy (1928-2015) for virebent. Art porcelain, hand-shaped, softly grainy and matte finish. In very good condition: no accidents, slight traces of use on the bottom inside. Founded in 1924 in puy-l'evêque (lot) by henri virebent, from a family of architects in toulouse, the lot porcelain manufacturer virebent has been combining design and tableware since the 1960s, calling on well-known designers to bring its high-quality materials to life. Several of its models have been included in the collections of the musée des arts décoratifs in paris. The name of the ceramist yves mohy is associated with that of la borne, a center for the creation of artistic ceramics, where he was active in the 1950s. Throughout the 1960s and 1970s, he contributed original forms to the virebent production core. A mohy / virebent vase is a small piece of the discreet history of french design! Dimensions: width 15 cm, height 10 cm, thickness 4.5 cm.
