Balance Roberval force 10 kg

The famous two-plated roberval is making a comeback in vintage kitchens, especially if it is (almost) in its juice. This one has been (long) cleaned to regain some of its color. The rust, which contributes to its charm, was scraped when it was surplus and, in order to freeze it, the whole was varnished. In the same spirit, the trays were cleaned but not too much; if you prefer them brilliant, all you have to do is ask for them.
