Magnificent centerpiece bowl (or catch-all) made of high-density art crystal from the prestigious Belgian crystal manufacturer Val Saint Lambert. This iconic free-form trilobate model, named "Patelle, " was designed by the designer René Delvenne during the Mid-Century Modern period (1950s - 1960s). It stands out for its superb sculptural work with fluid lines forming a captivating asymmetrical whirlpool. • Color: Sumptuous two-tone hue, subtly alternating between amber yellow and a bright green/yellow chartreuse depending on light exposure. • Dimensions: Approximately 16 cm wide from one point to the opposite side (ideal size for a table catch-all or decorative bowl). • Authenticity: Piece signed at the tip under the base "Val St Lambert, " guaranteeing its certified origin. Weight: 920 grams. • Condition: Very good overall aesthetic condition with superb brilliance. No chips, cracks, or breaks. Note some slight superficial usage scratches under the base and inside, quite normal for its age and invisible once the piece is placed (see dedicated photos). They can easily be diminished with a light polishing if desired. A high-end, timeless collector's piece, ideal for enhancing retro, vintage, or contemporary decor.
