Beautiful vintage set by Villeroy & Boch, famous Acapulco model, made in Luxembourg. Iconic decoration featuring multicoloured birds and flowers, created by Christine Reuter in the late 1960s based on a Mexican-inspired design. The set includes numerous serving pieces, such as: – 6 large compartmentalised plates. – large oval serving platter with complete central decoration. – fondue pot with long handle. – several bowls/cups with handles. – matching saucers. – rectangular platter. – 2 small individual ashtrays. – small dish. – various additional pieces visible in the photos. Villeroy & Boch fireproof porcelain. Original stamp under the pieces: “Villeroy & Boch – Acapulco – Made in Luxembourg”. Very beautiful graphic decoration typical of the 1960s-1970s, particularly sought after today for vintage, pop, and design interiors. Overall vintage condition is very good.
