Iconic pair of armchairs by Olivier Mourgue for Airborne created in 1965. It is inspired by the mythical shapeshifting djinn of Arab culture. Its fluid form embodies the bold and futuristic spirit of the era made popular by Stanley Kubrick in '2001: A Space Odyssey'. Tubular steel frame filled with polyurethane foam and royal blue velvet fabric. The pair is in very good condition. Dimensions: 65.5 x 69 x 74.5 cm.
