Aurelio flores (20th century), after. Tree of life candlestick in polychrome glazed terracotta. Handmade vintage Mexican folk art from the 20th century. Brown clay tree frame with clay figurines; some molded on the tree, others on wire "branches". Images included are leaves, flowers, sun, moon and more. Unmarked; maker, origin and age uncertain. Research indicates that the object was probably made in Mexico, like the work of the artist Flores Aurélio. In good condition, some visible signs of damage on close inspection, but this does not detract from the beauty of this piece.
