Mid century teak table with hidden extensions, Denmark 1960s

Danish vintage mid-century round teak extension table. It features one collapsing additional leaf, that hides under the main table top. It is a very convenient way of having a bigger and smaller table at the same time. The tabletop with teak veneer exposes beautiful, perfectly matched teak grain in all parts and stands on solid teak legs. The table is 120 cm in diameter and extends to 170 cm. Slender tapered legs of solid teak and a thick decorative strip around all parts of the countertop emphasize the best days of Danish carpentry while adding elegance and chic to the whole. The table can be extended to 170 cm, providing a comfortable seat for circa 6 guests. The table has been renovated. Our team has checked it and ensured that wooden runners are working smoothly. The wood has been cleaned with professional compounds and protected with layers of satin lacquer, enhancing its beauty. It is in excellent condition.
