African grand bed from the Senoufo tribe, from the 1950s, originating from Côte d'Ivoire. This is a fully period and original collector's piece. The bench has retained a beautiful original patina, certainly from beeswax, an African tradition. It is decorated on the sides with small incisions. The bench or bed can be used as a large coffee table. One of the legs has a light period restoration, which gives it a charming character. It is perfectly stable on its legs, which are in excellent condition. This is a monoxyle piece entirely handmade.
