Polychrome glazed porcelain bottle vase. Family rose "millefleurs" decoration. Qing Dynasty, 19th century. Height: 21.5 cm. Maximum diameter: 12 cm. Elegant bottle-shaped vase (long cylindrical neck and globular body) made of fine porcelain, entirely decorated with polychrome enamels from the family rose palette (fencai). The decoration covers the entire surface in a naturalistic millefleurs style: peonies, lotuses, chrysanthemums, prunus, climbing foliage, bunches of grapes, small insects and butterflies, treated with finesse and lightness on a white background. The neck is highlighted with a polychrome geometric frieze, while the shoulder maintains a continuous vegetal composition, creating a very decorative floral tapestry effect. The base features an unglazed foot, without mark, typical of quality decorative productions intended for export or the literati market. Condition: Very good overall condition. No cracks and no restoration! Observed under UV. Slight and natural wear to the foot. Provenance: Portuguese Collection - Kanaka The Collection.
