Danish buffet in rosewood

Scandinavian buffet in rosewood, designed in Denmark for the publisher Fredericia in the 1960s and attributed to the designer Borge Mogensen. It is made of rosewood (structure and veneer). Four doors open to reveal a two-compartment interior with a white wash. The two missing shelves have been replaced with varnished wood. The grain of the rosewood is simply sublime, and all the details are very well executed. The whole piece is almost contemplative, like an abstract painting. It is in superb condition and will undoubtedly be a centrepiece in your interior. Please note a small loss of white wash, faded, on the top surface (visible in the detail photo) revealing the wood underneath.
