Set of dining chairs Thonet / TON, made around 1920–1950, at a time when the aesthetics of the Vienna Secession remained very present in Central European design. These chairs illustrate an approach to furniture based on visual lightness, functionality, and measured elegance. Made from bent beech, according to the technique developed by Thonet and continued by TON, they stand out for the quality of their curves, their sturdiness, and their comfort of use. Each chair presents slight differences in shape, proportions, or seat height, characteristic of sets gradually assembled. The patina is uniform and natural, marked by gentle wear related to use. Chairs designed for everyday life, now easy to integrate around a table, in a dining space, or as extra seating in contemporary interiors. UNIQUE PIECES.
