Antique piece of early 20th-century workshop furniture

Superb early 20th-century notary or architect's cabinet. 40 numbered drawers, period shell handles and knob handles. Two locks (need servicing) allow most of the drawers to be secured with a vertical strip. This protected cadastral records. A superb and unique piece, requiring only minor restoration. It can easily be displayed and used as is. Ideal for someone who enjoys spending a Sunday or two transforming it into a gem. Perfect for home or a restaurant. The piece is the ideal size: large but not imposing. H 180 cm. D 33 cm. W 90 cm.
