Empire side table

Empire style mahogany side table. Gray-black marble top. Circa 1800-1820. Empire style side table in flame mahogany veneer. Column-shaped base with gilt bronze rings, mounted on a tripod plinth. Original gray-black veined marble top in perfect condition, integrated into the apron. French polished and waxed finish. Good condition. The signs of age attest to its authenticity. The top detaches from the base for easier transport or reduced access, thanks to an original antique screw and nut system. This refined side table would be a perfect addition to a living room at the end of a sofa, in an entryway, or in an office. Height 69.5 cm. Top diameter 76.5 cm.
