Magnificent and very rare set of 6 dessert plates in fine Limoges porcelain, sold in its original Scof box. This is a high-end collector's model designed by the famous couturier and designer Jean-Charles de Castelbajac for the silversmith house SCOF, and manufactured by the prestigious Chastagner factory. Each plate features a stunning central polychrome decoration depicting stylised vases and bowls of fruit on a sunny yellow background. The rim showcases a graphic border with blue and white stripes highlighted by a double golden line. Origin & Authenticity: Genuine Limoges porcelain. Stamped on the back with the signature of Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, the SCOF mark, and the Chastagner factory stamp. Included: The original blue cardboard box, period, stamped with the golden logo "Scof Porcelain de Limoges". Condition: Excellent overall condition. The porcelain is shiny, the colours are vibrant, with no chips or cracks (the set has been very lightly used). The box shows some slight signs of storage use but remains very clean and perfectly sturdy.
