Le Corbusier LC2 Lounge Chair for Cassina 1928/1970s

lc2 lounge chair designed by le corbusier, charloote perriand and pierre jeanneret in 1928. Cassina started the production of these chairs in 1965. The signature and serial number are engraved in the frame, with number 12201. Ultra-modern when it was designed and still looking fresh nowadays. A true design icon. The chair has a polished chrome plated steel tubular frame and still the original ivory/beige canvas upholstery. The chair is in good original condition. The canvas fabric has a nice patina without any damage. The frame has some normal traces of wear.
