Octagonal wooden mirror by Jean-Claude Mahey

Octagonal wooden mirror and wooden magnifying glass. Design jean-claude mahey (mahey paris label present on the back). French work of the 70s - 80s. Nice overall condition. Very rare traces of use visible in places: a wound centered on the edge of the upper side, injury caused by the use of a wall mount at the top (see photos and zoom), some fine scratches in places on the lower side and the two adjoining sides (see photos and zoom), tiny and very rare splinters of the lacquer resin in places on the perimeter in contact with the wall. The total height of the mirror is 72.5 cm.
