Napoleon III style armchair

Antique armchair, traditionally made in France at the beginning of the 20th century. Solid beech structure, oak colour, turned wooden legs. Upholstery fabric on all sides of the armchair. Jacquard fabric in bluish-grey velvet with golden patterns, floral decorations with symmetrical arabesques. Traditional padding with helical springs on taut jute webbing. Rounded and dense seat, comfortable, enveloping backrest. Restored armchair, padding and fabric not original. Seat in very good condition, sound, stable and robust. Signs of wear and rubbing noted on the armrests. Dimensions: 74 cm wide, 95 cm high, 76 cm deep. Seat 57x54 cm. Seat height: 40 cm.
