Rare model chair – 'typist chair' – by Thonet (Gebrüder Thonet), early 1900s

What a beauty this is, a fine, delicate chair with a striking bent backrest. The chair can be found in the 'Atlas of Furniture Design' by the Vitra Museum. This version is a slightly different design. The chair, 'typist chair', is in good condition considering its age. It has been newly upholstered. As the chair is delicate, it is best used as a decorative piece or not too intensively. See all images for a good impression.
