Small, unusual vintage piece of furniture

Small piece of furniture from the 50s with steel handle the front is triangular. The top shelf can be lifted to slide things in. Two adjustable shelves and one fixed one (at the bottom). The wood of the top and the fronts is split which gives it a charm. The top shelf has been reinforced. I think it is oak furniture because it is quite heavy.
