Mid-Century Danish Regent table lamp by Jo Hammerborg for Fog & Morup, 1960s

Elegant table lamp from the Danish manufacturer Fog Mørup, designed by Jo Hammerborg in the 1960s. A simple and timeless design. The lamp features a classic division between the base and the shade. The base consists of a simple aluminium cylinder, capped with anthracite-coloured discs at the top and bottom. The large shade is covered in a textured fabric and has a round cover on top to reduce light output upwards. Removing the cover allows for a wider spread of light. The switch is located directly on the socket inside.
