This trio of spice pots is an exceptional vintage piece. These are five antique porcelain containers with beautiful botanical motifs. Each is equipped with a wooden lid and a plastic seal. We find on each pot the drawing of a plant as well as its latin name and a butterfly. These containers will certainly be used in a kitchen to place food, spices and condiments in bulk. They will proudly sit on a beautiful wooden shelf and bring a bucolic side to your kitchen decoration. All of these containers feature the brand logo on the back, a small work of art on its own. Back mentions: the botanic garden, circa 1818, portmeirion, copyright design, made in england. The story: portmeirion is an english ceramic manufacturing company.
