Heavy Marine Shell "Lambi" (Strombus Gigas) - Pink Interior - 1.37 kg - Curiosity Cabinet. DESCRIPTION: Imposing and very heavy specimen of natural marine shell, the famous Queen Conch or Lambi (Strombus gigas or Aliger gigas), originating from the Caribbean Sea. This specimen stands out for its remarkable density and thickness: it weighs nearly 1.4 kg with a length of 20.5 cm. The exterior features a rough, chalky texture, bleached by time and the sea, with its characteristic spiral protuberances and spines. The opening (the peristome) reveals a very smooth and shiny interior, tinted with a subtle powdery pink. It is a true natural sculpture, a choice piece to enhance a curiosity cabinet, prop up books, or perfect an ocean-themed decoration. Condition: In beautiful natural condition "as is". The shell is healthy, solid, and very sturdy. It shows wear, chips on the edges, and natural erosion of the tips (visible in the photos) inherent to an organism that has lived long in marine currents, which adds to its charm and authenticity. Features: Species: Strombus Gigas (Lambi / Queen Conch) Typical Origin: Caribbean / Gulf of Mexico. Colours: White/chalky exterior, pale pink/nacre interior. Style: Marine decoration / Curiosity cabinet. Dimensions: Length: 20.5 cm. Depth: 18 cm. Height: 12.5 cm. Significant weight: 1377 g. Shipping: Due to its weight, the shell will be very carefully packaged with multiple layers of bubble wrap and secured in a sturdy box to avoid any shock. Shipping with tracking number.
