Old workbench

Large antique workbench made of solid wood dating from 1975. Workbench that was used in a former company manufacturing metal parts in Normandy. Overall good condition, with some normal signs of use given its age. Fully renovated (cleaning, stripping, sanding, treatment against wood-boring insects, restoration of the top surface, application of a satin black patina on the structure, drawers, backsplash, and sides). It features a top that has been completely planed and then finished by sanding. There is the possibility to apply a special worktop oil as the top is left raw after sanding. Below it, there are 2 large drawers that slide perfectly. At the bottom, there is a large shelf spanning the entire width. It has a backsplash at the front and on the sides. The structure and legs are very stable. It would be ideal in a kitchen as a worktop or central island. It can also serve in various businesses as a display unit, storage, or work table.
