Ancient painting, dead nature with dahlias, signed, dated, late 19th century

Very pretty still life representing a bouquet of dahlias in a tulip vase and a throw of those same flowers on a blue cloth. The rendering of the colors and the finesse of execution make it a beautiful and very decorative painting in order to embellish and give charm to your interior. This one has a modern marbled gilded wood frame with a pearl border and green touches. The painting is signed at the bottom right eugenie leclerc and dated 91. It has a stamp on the backhand houzard / and colors / street of the big clock 19/ rouen.(famous merchant of canvases and colors that supplied many impressionist painters at the end of the 19th century) Status: many zoomed-in photos, to see that there are small cracks on a corner, tiny traces of white paintings left by the painters as well as two small touch-ups.
