We are delighted to offer for sale this magnificent fully restored console made of elm with a burr and satin finish, featuring four drawers on turned fluted legs, which has been French polished. A beautiful and well-made table, the wood is very decorative; the photos do not do justice to the piece, it has the most stunning burr elm panels I have ever seen, it has a solid and stable oak frame, and the four drawers are oak lined. We have fully restored the piece, including a complete stripping and a French polished finish from the base; it is in sublime condition. Dimensions: Height: 76.5 cm, Width: 96 cm, Depth: 42.5 cm. All measurements are taken at the widest point. For any additional measurements, please ask. Please refer to the very detailed photos that are part of the description regarding the condition. Please note that vintage items like leather seats always have a natural patina in the form of cracks, creases, and wear; regular polishing is recommended to preserve moisture. Hand-dyed leather should not be exposed to direct sunlight for long periods as it dries out and discolours.
