Korean chest on feet with two doors opening onto a space without a shelf. The interior was covered in the 1980s with a paper printed with chinese ideograms, still partially used in the korean language. It dates back to the early 20th century. This type of chest was mainly used to store blankets and sheets. The floor of the traditional korean houses was composed of a wooden floor allowing the movement of the heating system through the "ondol" floor. The furniture was therefore light so as not to weigh on the floor and to be easily transportable in the event of a fire.
