2544 - old and extremely rare large ewer-shaped carafe in saint louis cut crystal, virginia service size 8670, in good condition. No cracks or chips on the carafe, just micro-chips on the base of the cap that may have been reported. Not stamped, so production before 1936, but well represented in the 1930 catalog (photos). Paraison carved in the spirit of tommy service without the diamond tips but with a frieze of bay leaves. Can totally marry with the tommy service. The light magnifies this beautiful work of ancestral know-how. Height 384 mm X width 77 mm and 102 mm with handle. Weight 1350 g. Very neat and followed expedition.
