60s design sofa in metal and red velvet

With its graphic silhouette and theatrical colour, this small two-seater sofa with an unlikely look catches everyone's eye. We love the contrast between the rigor of the modernist lines of the structure and the opal look of the cushions that make it an explosive piece. We don't know what we prefer: compass feet that give the impression that the seat is levitating, or the purple striped fabric coating with shimmering reflections. A real crush! The sofa is in good general condition. The tubular metal structure painted black is patinated, with lack of paint in places and old rust marks. The burgundy-red velvet fabric shows signs of wear in the corners, especially at the armrests. The seat is relatively comfortable. Seat depth: 50 cm. Seat height: 39 cm.
