Its irregularities, delicate pitting, and other small imperfections present on almost the entire glass tell its very long story. Once a wardrobe door, this beautiful decorative object has retained its old brass keyhole, elegantly engraved. The frame has been thoroughly washed and then brushed to highlight the magnificent geometric floral patterns carved into the wood, typical of the Art Deco period. It has also been treated preventively against wood-boring insects.
