Description: This delightful sideboard was designed by tom robertson for mcintosh of kirkcaldy in the mid-twentieth century. Mcintosh was known on the vintage market for their mid-century style furniture, particularly cabinetry and sideboards. Founded in 1869 by alexander henry (a.h) mcintosh (1835-1919) in kirkcaldy, fife. The beautiful sideboard offers not only an exceptional mid-century design but also acts as a functional storage piece with its spacious double cupboard, drop-down drinks cabinet with a dry bar, and three generous drawers. The piece has a beautiful rich rosewood grain, warm tones, and rich colors throughout.
