He trained as a goldsmith, participated in Denmark's resistance and freedom struggle in 1940-45 as a saboteurs, studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and worked as a goldsmith for Georg Jensen. In 1957 he was hired as chief designer at the lamp manufacturer Fog & Mørup, where he worked until 1980. Height: 19 cm. Diameter: 20 cm. One of the best classic Danish lamps with a high-end design. The lamp comes with a new white electric wire. This lamp dates from the 1960s and belongs to the mid-century modern period.
