Fish candlestick in St. Clément earthenware, 1950

This double candlestick in faience from the St. Clément factory dates from the 1950s. Its figurative design features two entwined fish, creating a unique and sculptural silhouette. Made of glazed ceramic, the piece is distinguished by its vibrant turquoise hue enhanced with gilding. This numbered model, 5155, adds a touch of vintage elegance and character to a table centrepiece or sideboard. It can be electrified to serve as a lamp. There are a few minor losses to the gilding; otherwise, it is in perfect condition.
