Thonet chair nr 4 from 1861-1865

Thonet chair number 4 from 1861-1865, marked with a type 1a label. It is a literally museum piece, it is one of the very first versions of this model, among the first produced with the ring below the seat. It has no strains or breaks, the curls are beautifully folded back. Depending on your tastes, a restoration may be required. It is ebony and was born padded. Shipping is possible.
