Rare brutalist natural stone coffee table designed by sculptor paul kingma (1931-2013), the netherlands 1988. The handmade round top with rounded edge is made of slate, natural stone, ceramics, bronze and copper inlaid in concrete, creating a mosaic work of art. The special thing about this unique version is the dark / black appearance of the natural stone. The very heavy table top rests on a black round steel base. Table is marked. Paul reiner kingma was a dutch sculptor, mosaic artist, painter and draftsman (1931-2013). Condition: the table is in very good condition. Minor signs of use on the rounded edge. Light signs of use on the steel base (light scratches), not disturbing for the image.
