K. Takama armchair, 1970s, Cassina

Overall width – 62 cm / 52 cm without armrests. Depth – 50 cm. Overall height – 74 cm. Seat height – 48 cm. Very good condition, some signs of normal wear consistent with age, upholstered in thick gray Nobilis bouclé fabric. A superb 1970s armchair, the Jano model by Japanese designer and architect Kazuhide Takahama for Cassina (formerly S. Gavina), with a slender steel frame topped by two wooden armrests. Comfortable, it is ideal as an office chair or as a mismatched chair around a dining table.
