Large empty pocket or flat petrified wood. Petrified wood is a wood fossil (same family as magnolia) dating back 20 million years. Silica replaced the wood fiber molecule by molecule by giving silicified wood. Fossilization is slow, which makes it possible to distinguish the patterns of trees.
