Chromed tubular steel structure, seat & back in black lacquered wood and black Kvadrat type fabric. Good general condition, very stable, solid and comfortable, some traces of use on the wooden parts (see pictures, other pictures available), very slight scratches on the chrome (discreet and without incidence).
