In 1970s Italy, the sofa became a true testing ground for experimentation. The lines became rounded, the seats thickened, and the metal structures remained visible. This model exemplifies this approach: a low design, generous volumes, and an exposed tubular structure that highlights the silhouette. Italian 3-seater sofa, produced in the 1970s. Chrome metal structure with enveloping cushions forming the seat, backrest, and armrests. The entire piece has just been completely reupholstered in high-quality caramel brown velvet. The work was carried out by an experienced upholsterer: precise fabric tension, clean finishes, and optimal comfort. The original structure is in very good condition for its age. The chrome shows a slight patina consistent with a vintage piece. The new upholstery gives it a sharp presence while respecting the spirit of the model. Dimensions: 215 cm in length, 78 cm in depth, 75 cm in height. A striking piece for a contemporary living room, a well-curated vintage interior, or a reception area. Elegant, comfortable, and typical of Italian design from the 70s.
