Duo of old Barbotine leaf plates from Sarreguemines France

Both plates are in perfect condition, no accidents, no cracks or chips, which is quite miraculous, considering the leaf shape and all the cut edges which are more delicate than the round edges of a classic plate... The green slip, here from Sarreguemines in France, is very beautifully made, the enamel is very shiny, and the green, very lively, is full of rich and subtle nuances. The plates can be used as serving dishes as well. They date from the 50s.
