Old painting, farm in Cantal 20th century

Small old painting, watercolor on paper, in a glazed wooden frame, representing a farm at chaumiere in cantal, with other houses in the background. Very refined, but very nicely painted, this little painting will be placed anywhere to best decorate your interior. It is monogrammed at the bottom right. Ml. Condition: very good condition, apart from small shocks on the edge of the frame on the right (see photos). Size: l 28 cm h 22 cm.
