Architectural elements, ornaments of domes of Ottoman mosque minarets. Some visible details to prove it: * the patina of verdigris is old and deep; * the volumes are made of thick metal, not light sheet metal; * the conical bases are designed to be pinned or bolted onto a structure; * the crescents are massive. These are roof finials or dome/minaret ornaments, made of copper or a copper alloy. In Turkey, this type of crescent can be found on: * mosques; * türbe (mausoleums); * certain Ottoman public buildings; * sometimes large residences. Period: * late Ottoman Empire: 1850-1920.
