Brutalist coffee table by Max & Dominique Picard, 1950

Stunning large coffee table in oak and ceramic, featuring two removable tops and a forged steel base in a blacksmith style. Very heavy frame. Made by the Picard family, Max and Dominique, who began their careers in Toulouse and ended them in Vallauris. Dating from the 1950s, it is in excellent condition, both for its age and appearance.
