Large Serving Plateau in Louis XV / Rocaille Style

Superb and Large Antique Serving Tray in Louis XV / Rocaille style, probably dating from the early 20th century (a period when the style was very popular). This tray stands out for its large size and substantial weight of around 4 kg, reflecting the quality of its craftsmanship. The rim and the two circular handles are richly adorned with rocaille motifs, shells, and stylised foliage, very characteristic of the Louis XV style. The item is marked on the reverse with the mentions "DÉPOSÉ" (guaranteeing the protection of the design) and possibly "3.L. XV.", indicating Louis XV inspiration and an origin from a quality manufacturer.
