Modernist coffee or side table by Lane USA from the 50s/60s

Very beautiful, very original and above all very rare coffee table or side table or end table around 1960. Model quite emblematic of the american minimalist movement published by lane furniture (altavista, virginia, usa) during the end of the 50s and the beginning of the 60s and which was only distributed across the atlantic. This furniture was particularly popular to furnish the luxurious villas of the famous resort of the stars of palm springs in california. Structure in solid oak and american walnut, shoes in gilded aluminum, it bears under the top the stamp of the manufacturer as well as the number of the model and the series (see photo). In superb condition, the large top measures 74x51 cm at 41 cm in height, the small 31x51 cm at 62 cm in height. Very qualitative, completely in the spirit of decoration of our time, this table will bring a truly exclusive touch to your interior.
